Rosa's Pizzeria is an Italian restaurant at 330 W Gurley St in downtown Prescott, Arizona, serving New York style pizza alongside homemade Sicilian and Southern Italian recipes. The new owner bought it on the condition that he not change a thing, which may be the most Prescott business deal ever made.

Where is Rosa's Pizzeria?
It sits on West Gurley Street in downtown Prescott. A second Rosa's operates in Prescott Valley at 2992 Park Ave.
What usually happens at Rosa's Pizzeria?
- Lunch and dinner every day. Doors open at 11 AM, with later closing on Friday and Saturday nights.
- Pizza is only half the story. The kitchen leans on family Sicilian and Southern Italian recipes, and homemade tiramisu shows up on the menu.
- Takeout is a regular move. Online ordering runs through the restaurant's site, and catering is available for bigger crowds.
A little history
Domenic and Rosa Anzelmo brought their recipes to Arizona after 25 years in the New York restaurant business, moving to Phoenix and then Prescott. After almost a decade, they sold to local restaurateur Skyler Reeves, who agreed to keep everything the same. The Daily Courier has called the West Gurley spot a downtown culinary favorite for years.
Insider tip
Friday and Saturday the kitchen stays open until 10 PM, an hour later than the rest of the week, so a late pizza run still works.
