Weir Gallery is a working gallery and studio at 110 South Montezuma Street, Suite I, in Prescott, Arizona, showing the paintings, drawings and sculptures of Scot Weir. Walk in on the right day and you may catch the artist mid brushstroke, which is more than most galleries can offer.

In the alley of shops on Whiskey Row in downtown Prescott. The gallery doubles as the artist's studio, so work in progress is part of the visit.

• Watching the artist work. Patrons can meet Scot Weir and watch him work in the studio gallery.
• Paintings and prints. Original paintings are on view, with 100 images in print or giclee to choose from.
• Sculpture and bronze. Drawings and sculpture round out the collection, including six bronze editions.

Ask about the bronzes. One of the six editions is a life size and a quarter monument, The High Desert Elk, at the northern gateway to Rock Springs, Wyoming.
